Your task is to create a blockchain explorer  for a chain of your choice that can do the following:

Show all details of a given address, including the balance, transaction history, and any other relevant information.
Allow the user to set up alerts on a given address. For example, the user might want to be notified when the balance of an address reaches a certain threshold, or when a specific transaction is made to or from the address.
Display the alerts in a list, with the ability to mark them as "complete" once they have been triggered.

There are multiple wallets in existence today which enable functions like buy, sell, swap and transfer of various assets. In all such wallets users can see the transaction history and hashes to specific transactions which are performed. However, you won’t easily find a wallet which is specifically designed for developers wherein they can send or receive more than just transactional data. This hinders ease of use for developers while building DApps and process transactions over testnet / mainnet or even when you are working with private contracts.

Private keys and portfolio management are two biggest issues currently persistent with the Web3 space. Users have multiple wallets on multiple chains for which they have to access multiple apps. As of now there is no product which enables private key management in such a way that users can perform all operations through a single application which also provides an overview of their entire asset holdings.
